    CW 172- maintained this weight for 2 years
    GW 165-155 weight now I am focus on good health, eating right and building muscle tone.

  • My diary is open and I'm back to logging daily (I went through a very inconsistent logging streak for a while there) so you're welcome to add me, but I'm not really close to your stats; I'm a shorty-short in comparison - 5'2, 134lb, aiming to drop maybe another 5 or 8. I mostly cook all my own meals, but since I'm on a pretty serious budget, they do tend to be a bit repetitive.

    I log every day and I am not perfect but I am positive ,work out (currently weights and some cardio) and love to eat and cook new foods.I love skinnytaste.com and emilybites.com but am finding others as well.My diary is also open.Add me if you like.

    I like to work hard, normally try to burn at least 3800 calories or more a week.

    Thanks for the recipe site recommendations! I have been getting stuck in a rut eating the same things and love to hear about other options!

    I dont eat clean though. I eat my exercise cals and end up with an average intake of 1800 cals a day.
