15min workouts/exercises?

Hello,

Do any of you guys have suggestions for a 15min whole body workout/exercise? Something i can do in my own room, preferrably ones that don't require certain equipment. My exercises consist of jumprope and Burpee's. I do burpee's in the morning for 10-15mins before getting ready for work (if I wake up early enough). I jump rope for a minimum of 15mins when I get back home (sometimes I do up to 30mins if time allows me). I would just like to add a bit more variety in my work outs.

Suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks!

    Check out Blogilates, Tone It Up, Befit, and Sarah Fit. AMAZING variety of workouts, well organized, all different focuses (cardio, HIIT, strength with a focus on body parts as well as full body, yoga, stretching, pilates, etc), and easy to follow with good camera and sound (that's really important to me since my speakers suck!). And it's all on youtube, so it's free! They have their own sites with more info and videos too, but youtube is the easiest place to browse.

    Also check out fitnessblender.com. They have a ton of videos and you can search them by length. I have definitely seen a few that are under 20 minutes.
