I need MOTIVATION!

It's been a little over 2 years I've been working on losing weight. I made the transition from 160 pounds to about 120. The problem I keep encountering is rapid weight gain. If I skip a few days pounds start piling on. It's actually difficult to find time between a busy senior year and work. Fluctuating is extremely bothersome for me. So here I am...
