On my own...

Ok, so here's the thing... I have needed to lose weight for a long time. We are trying to have a baby, so I finally got some motivation and a little pharmacological help with weight loss. I lost about 25 lbs in 3 month while taking meds. Then I maintained the weight loss for a month. Now, I need to get back into gear and keep losing with good old fashioned hard work. I would appreciate any support.
Goals:
1. Exercise 4/ wk (at least)
2. Log food
3. 9 lbs more until I am out if the obese category - I would love to get there and maintain through the holidays.
