Hello all, I am back on MFP and want to say hello and great job to all those that are making the effort to better themselves! It's not easy but hang in there and you will see that this site will help you so much! There are so many others that are in your shoes right now! My wife and I are determined to lead a healthier lifestyle and be better role models to our kids. Great to see so many compelling stories on here! Keep up the great work all!
