Long time MFPer First Time Determined, Need Help.

Motivation and support are the two biggest things that I lack. In all of my attempts to be healthy and lose weight, my motivation always runs dry. I have actually began a fitness program this time, designed to change my lifestyle rather than changing only a few bad habits. I'm almost 26, 278 lbs, and I have lost 30 lbs three times in the last year...only its been the same 30 lbs. To aid in my success I have also joined a gym which proved less traumatizing than I originally thought. There are more people there like me than I expected. This time, this change will be my last, this will be the last time I lose the same 30 lbs! I am expecting this to be extremely difficult, and I would greatly appreciate more support and motivation. from anyone who has anything to offer. And I know that motivation goes two ways, I will gladly give my support to those who are in need.
