Pre logging food for the week (Cheat day --> Cheat week)

A cheat day turned into two then to three then a cheat week. I don't feel all that bad since it looks like I am at the same (122kg) or at (121kg). I was aiming to lose about 5kg/month and so far it's been on track. It looks like last week, however, was maintenance level for me since I didn't drop any pounds with all the alcohol and eating 3-4k/day.
As you can see from my diet, I haven't exactly been 'healthy'. I've lost a lot of weight purely because my exercise intensity is heavy. I do cross fit type training 3 times a week w/ hiit and I also do cardio/lift quite heavy with low rests.
This week, I decided to pre log all of what I am going to eat, including my cheat day(pizza, pancakes, wtv calories).
I hope this helps me with 'moderating' the calories even if they are not the same exact meal that I wrote down so that it's in the + - 200 range.
If I was able to drop 5k/month(126kg --> 121-122kg) not eating clean, I'm curious to see how much 'weight' ( I said weight, not fat) I actually am able to drop in the next couple weeks following this diet.
I'll log as I go.
Cheers
Ed
* On another note, I never logged any calories before in my life and I believe I was eating about anywhere from 3k - 5k calories/day while being immobile for years. At this rate, I maintained my weight of 280 pounds(126kg) for several years.
My base metabolic rate based on hospital tests was around 2200, so with minimal movement/day and some exercise, my 'maintenance' should be around 3k-3.5k to remain at around 270 pounds.

Why?? I can't imagine being able to stick to any 'diet' if you can never have something just because you feel like it. I don't know what I'll want to eat in 4 days. It just seems to take all the pleasure from eating... I mean, I buy food for a few days and we have that, but I still give myself some room to have what I want at lunch, for example. And snacks.
And prelogging a cheat day sounds so counter-productive to me. The whole point of cheat meals is to eat something you crave. Not to eat 'unhealthy' food just because you want to eat unhealthy food. If I'm craving French toast and have pizza, I'll still crave the French toast, and I'll have eaten extra calories that were totally unnecessary.
