Am i under eating?

I'm 18 years old male (growing teenager) 5ft 6 and 110 pounds, I have a small frame and quite active, i go to college 5 times a week and I'm allways on my feet, i walk around 8miles a day (16,000 steps) and I don't know how many calories to eat, I'm currently eating 1600 and around 45g of fat 100 protein and 180 carbs, I've been told i need atleast 2500-3000 for my activity level and bcuz im a growing teenage boy is this true?
