Lost Half My Body Weight

In January 2008, I weighed over 450 pounds. I don't know how much over, because that's where the doctor's scales bottomed out and I didn't feel like a trip to the truck scales. With lots of help from my sweetheart Joannie, here we are a short? 2 1/2 years later, I'm at 226, so I've lost a whole me. I've still got over 50 lbs to go, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope it's not a train coming towards me! :)
