Hi, everyone. I'm brand new here. I just graduated from college, and I'm in need of some physical changes. Before college, I weighed 97 pounds but I was struggling with an eating disorder. Now, I tip the scales at 176.6 pounds. While I am mentally much healthier, I know I am not physically healthy. I still struggle with with self-esteem issues, but I'm ready to make some changes toward being a genuinely healthy person. I want to work out and become athletic. I also want to eat healthy instead of either overeating or starving.

Thanks! I do love yoga. I've been doing it for years to help reduce anxiety.0
