Thought I'd feel sexier

Losing weight wasn't just about becoming healthy and forming new habits for me.
It was also about feeling sexier and attractive as I didn't feel that way at 230lbs.
But with my weight loss so far (and I AM lifting weights to build muscle) I have lost the volume in my boobs.
I know boobs are fat not muscle.
I used to be a 38J but am now a 34E but I have to scoop my boobs into the bra.
I've still got weight to lose and I know ii'll lose even more volume there but this isn't making me feel more attractive.
Just the opposite.
I'm quite confused, I don't want to put weight on just to have full big boobs, but flat saggy boobs are passion-killers. I'm 40, no kids, 5ft 8. Currently 182lbs. Still 28lbs to lose. Non-essential surgery is not an option - too scary and expensive.
What can I do?

I can only speak for my size...C/D...but pushups and chest flies gave me a noticeable "lift".0

Welp, there goes my suggestion.
Boobs are boobs. Men (or women, if that's your thing) probably don't even care if they've already made it to the point of seeing them in their "natural state."
Instead of focusing on what you feel to be a negative part of your body, focus on the other areas that you do find sexy. Do you like your legs, your neck, your butt, etc? Focus on the positive instead of the negative and be confident. That's really what matters.0 -
What are you replacing all the weight you are losing with? Are you just dieting and letting the weight come off or are you doing something for the new body that is coming out, too? Are you doing cardio and lifting?
Im sorry you dont feel sexier yet, but a lot of us started in the same spot - hit a wall where we were frustrated because our hard work wasnt showing us a sexier body - and then we changed a couple small things and now we're getting satisfying results. There is totally hope and .............
FORTY IS STILL YOUNG, VIBRANT AND AWESOME AND DONT YOU FORGET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Strength train. And don't worry about what your boobs look like to the opposite sex. If you find someone that wants you naked, they're not going to care what you look like naked. :-)0

Go shopping! It's going to take time, but you can learn to love your body with all of its changes. Buy some sexy bras - they'll be easier to find in a 34E than a 38J - and undies and maybe a new outfit. Do things that make you feel sexy.0

Strength training ill give those girls a lift. Also a great bra will go along way. I was 186 and was almost a D now I am a small C it was depressing for me but I am now almost at my goal weight with a better looking overall body. It is worth it just keep going and get a great push up bra and be thankful your not a A or B.0

You strength train? Good. Keep focusing on that chest! But other than the surgery, over time breasts naturally start to sag no matter what. Keep going towards a healthier you and don't worry so much about the sag. As others have said, buy yourself some lingerie, find other areas that you think are sexy. Time takes a toll on bodies. I have friends whose breasts already sag in their 20s. I think mine even sag a bit, and I don't even have large breasts at all. Age gracefully. :flowerforyou:0

also - cut and dye your hair, get new makeup and dress younger - these things always help too....0

She's not worried about the size, she's worried about the LIFT and perkiness of them. :huh:0 -
Congratulations on your fantastic weight loss! I just turned 30 this year and mine are definitely saggier than they were 5-10 years ago. I find that a good bra is helpful, as is a loving significant other who couldn't care less. Still, I know I wish they were perkier!
As Sheldon Cooper from "Big Bang Theory" would say, "Gravity, thou art a heartless b*tch!" :-D0
