Ok so, at my worst I was 220lbs @ 5'6", that was almost two years ago, after religiously getting back to working out, running, overdosing on veggies and partying about 99% less, I am almost satisfied at my fitness level. I run a 7/30 mile in most 5k’s, can see all of my abs and can work all day outside in my garden and never get tired, however at certain angles a small portion of my skin seems like it can be a little tighter,
Lots of info on the web,
Aside from;
1. Not smoking
2. Eating the right foods, all the time
3. Vitamin E oil and lotion every night
What else can be done?
Or am I overly obsessed??
