110% Dedication- lost 23 pounds 1 month

Hi everyone!! i started back into my fitness lifestyle about a month ago. i decided that i need to put 110% into my goals. diet and excercise. and i havent looked back!!!! no cheat days for me yet- everyone says 'you need a cheat day', but i think i know what my body needs, and it needs to be heatlhy more then anything. I have lost just about 23lbs in about a month... i eat well... i excercise... i drink lots and lots of water... i make the right decisions and i have a great support system.

My ulitimate goal is to loose 107lbs from my start weight.
