Equal parts berry preserves and white vinegar.

The sweetness of the preserves works well with the vinegar and it's delicious! I made it with my homemade wild blueberry jam and I'm going to have it on my salmon salad tonight. Yummy! I plan to try it with raspberry jam as well!

Example: Blueberry vinaigrette

Thank you for this! I was getting tired of the cumin-apple cider vinegar dressing I've been eating, and I've got a bunch of blueberry jam. I think it will be great with some goat cheese and bitter greens! Yummm. I can hardly wait for lunch tomorrow!
