Death by Oxy Elite Pro?????

I'm sure that we have all heard about the woman that passed away from liver failure apparently or supposedly from the use of Oxy Elite Pro. Now, the family wants the products pulled from the shelves. I myself don't use this product, but I think that it is a bunch of crap that they would even suggest such a thing. I understand her family being upset, but somewhere they have to see that....if in fact the Oxy Elite did cause her liver failure, then we have to look at her responsibility in taking the product. We don't blame a knife company if someone is stabbed! We blame the person that did the stabbing. Just frustrates me!! What's your view point?
