Hi there!

Already posted a couple times but forgot to say hello!

I've been using MFP off and on for the last three months, but in the last three weeks have started sticking rigidly to my meal plans and logging every calorie (and I'm the sort of person who likes precision so calorie counting works great for me!)

I was 220 lbs when I started. Lost that first easy weight in a week so now I'm about 214 lbs. Really want to get to 200 lbs by Christmas which I think is do-able! I'm aiming for 160 lbs ultimately but as I approach that I might start thinking about what kind of body I want. Right now though I just want to lose the excess, fit nicely into my work suit and cut out the expensive fast food!
