Optimum Nutrition Whey protein for weight loss?

Hi guys,
For the last two weeks, I've been replacing my breakfast with a protein shake :
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard™ Double Rich Chocolate -- 120 cals
8 oz. fat free milk - 90 cals
1 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp chia seeds - 60 cals
and water
= 270 cals
This seems to be a filling and nutritious breakfast (and quick).
However, I heard from someone yesterday that the whey I've been using has 2 negative points :
1) The list of synthetic ingredients: Lecithin, Lecithin, Acesulfame Potassium, Acesulfame Potassium - these are not good for you
2) Saturated Fat - which is a small amount - but saturated fat of any kind should be avoided because it's not going to help with weight loss .
How true is this? and if it is, what are some other protein powders available in the market that I can use instead ?
I am looking for some high protein quick breakfast shakes - I used to make my own oatmeal banana spinach shake in the morning, but that isn't as filling as my current shake!

Nothing is "good" for you.. but protein powder your looking for high protein for lower calories.. Optimum is one of the more popular brands out there with alot of people using it.. You will hear alot of stuff.. usually not to be taken seriously at all.. eat at a deficit and you will see results.0

I'd also note to keep in mind that a Whey Protein Shake is not meant to be a meal replacement. It is a protein supplement.0
