Hi I'm frances.. I'm 37 and was a compulsive overeater. I've been dieting since july and been really successful so far. I started at 350llb I'm 6'2. I'm 75llb down so roughly 120llb to go. I'm exercising about 2 hours a day and watch what I eat.. Compared to before. I used to eat 6000+ calories a day. Now every time I go to eat I feel overwhelming guilt and eat a few fork fulls then have to leave it. (my dogs are pleased) any ideas... I had a really unhealthy relationship with food. Don't want to swop it for an equally unhealthy one.

I know what you mean. I have struggled for a very long time with weight issues. When I get stressed out (which is quite often anymore) I eat and eat. The only thing I try to for dieting is have small little meals. I also allow myself once a week a little reward. I could never stop having something sweet. It will build until you have one of those days where you just go overboard. Try to relax IMO food should be enjoyed even if you are on a diet. I'm not sure if this helps, but just wanted you to know you are not alone!!:flowerforyou:0
