Hi Everyone!

Hi All- I am tired of being tired. This week I realized that I don't fit in a lot of my clothes so it's time to get serious. I'm looking for support, motivation and accountability :) I need to lose weight and get moving. What's your tips for getting started?

    Being honest with what you eat is the most important. Ease into the transition because trying to change too much often leads to no change at all. Always remember that you can do it, there are going to be set backs and cheat days but if you make the effort it will pay off.

    Kristin is right... Pick one or two things to work on/improve per week... Master them then move on to the next goal... Anyone is welcome to add me.

    I find religiously tracking my meals is the only way to get myself started. Than adding exercise once you are used to eating what you should.

    Walk wherever possible and drink plenty of water. :)
