Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some friends on MFP to keep me motivated to keep active and most of all stay on top of my eating. My logic is the more people I can see doing something about their challenges the more inclined I will be to do my share! So feel free to add me as a friend. I'm new to the message boards and also this is my first time properly using this app and community to try accomplish my goals.

just a quick bit about myself, I'm male, 18, 5'11 and weigh about 183 lbs. I'm a very active person exercising regularly also while having a very physical job. I struggle mainly with my diet succumbing to fizzy drinks and silly snacks such as sweet and crisps often. I aim to lose excess fat and gain that extra bit of muscle to make myself more athletic and just in general a bit healthier. I have a fair bit of knowledge on the health and fitness topic so willing to try my best to help anyone out with queries.

Don't want to rabble on much longer but yeah :) Send me a friend request or something and lets get this show on the road :D
