Ok just a little insight to my life before I get to the basic point of this topic.. I started dieting this June and during the summer it was easy to plan meals and eat ok because I had time. Now I am in college, I go to class at night and do homework at night. My husband works mornings until well after I have to go to class so I walk 3.6 miles every Monday through Thursday. I get out at 9 everyday. Do homework until about 3 am then get ready for bed, sleep wake at noon get ready and walk to class again. Now for the point. I don't usually go over calories except on the free day I assign during the week.. But i still have an appropriate deficit to loose weight. But despite that I am not seeing the results I want. I'm honest about what I eat, and for the past month my husband and I have been eating out every night.. Now my question is how do I get out of the habit.. I'm tired and I have tried meal planning but when I get out and he says "want Taco Bell" I just say yes. I guess what I need to know is what are easy recipes that are quick and able to be made on a relative budget... Thanks for your help

I, myself had a hard time with this. Mostly I just told my finacee that heneeded to be supportive and not put that kind of pressure/temptation on me. You just have to stay strong and get all the support you can get. As far as recipes, I would look at allrecipes.com. They have a helathy recipe section that has saved my life these past few weeks! Much like you, due to work schedule, I have basically NO time for anything. I jsut honestly decided that 30 minute workout is better than 30minutes of video games in the long run. I would also suggest that you ultra up your water intake as that helps curb my appetite quite a lot. Eat small-ish meals throughout the day (if you can) will also help keep you from getting hungry and going over board.

Remove yourself from temptation and stick with the program. If it isn't working for you, chances are your body is used to what you are doing and you need to shake it up a little. Targetting different muscles in different movements and getting your heart rate up while doing so is prime time fat burning.

    :)
    GOOD LUCK!!!
