Hi everyone! I'm new here. Just downloaded myfitnesspal on my iPad and got back into the gym for the first time in 3 months. This is also the first time I've tracked all my meals. How successful have you all been using this app? have you tried other methods of losing weight before you finally did this? Finally, do you have any tips or tricks on any parts of the app that are particularly useful?
