1200-1400?

My current calorie goal is 1,200, but I feel like that's way too little.
Am I just not eating right? Or should I raise it to 1400?

    What's your age, gender, height, weight, and activity level? Are you eating your calories from exercise? Read about TDEE and see what yours is.
