If you're not a fan of sodium or fun convenience foods, duck out!

1 Doctor Kracker Pumpkin Seed and Cheddar Crispbread:
It's like a graham cracker in which it has a divide down the center so you can break it in half. A serving size is a whole sheet, or two of these halves. 107 calories.

2 TBS of Chuck and Dave's Jalapeno Hummus:
It's kickass. 50 calories.

1 prepared packet of Kikkoman's Instant Miso and Tofu soup:
I used 1 cup of water instead of the 3/4 or 2/3 cup it called for, can't remember. It's only 35 calories.

1/2 cup of raw spinach:
Throw that in the pot after you let the soup mix dissolve. Add more or less to taste. 3 calories.

Yum yum! It's so good!

Edit: Btw this is totes vegetarian friendly.

I had to go to Walmart for the miso soup and crispbreads, just to let you guys know. I couldn't find those at the discount store down the road.
  • Your Walmart has those crispbreads? lucky dog

It's still calories though! And plus if you check her food diary she does have it listed as her Snack 3.

No it was my dinner, and it was filling for me. It's listed under "Snack 3" because of the time of the day.

Since it's full of fiber and protein and a ton of broth it filled me the hell up. I was good the rest of the night. Didn't even think about a snack.

I love the Dr Krackers Seedlander's, but they are pricey! Will check my Walmart for them on my next trip.

This sounds amazon! I'm always struggling to find low calorie foods for dinner. I getting sick of eating the same foods every day.
    This was very inspiring :-)

dinner/snack/2ndbreakfast meh. it just sounded yummy and made my mouth water. i'd love to fit something like that into my daily cal goals and I've had days where I went way hay hay over at breakfast (today) and wished for a low cal dinner like that so yeah two thumbs way up.
