Appetite Suppressant - Fat Burners

341 on 02/05 and 245 as of 10/08 but I been stuck here almost 3 weeks. Still counting calories, elliptical and still doing strong lifts 5x5.

Single dad so when I get the boy home (3 years old) its dinner, little tv, tablet for reading and a bath before bed. So now its 9pm and I can get my workout in. After the lift I stick to a rice cake or two and when I snap its normally skinless chicken breast.

Big lifter in my 20's but the supplement market has really changed as I'm now staring at 40. Green Bean has great reviews, CLA and then there are thermo's as well.

Looking for a 1...2 punch. Would like some appetite suppression and fat burning and advice on how to take the supplements knowing I'm doing late PM lifts/runs with a 5:30pm dinner.

I take the old version of OxyElite Pro (with the DMAA) and I like it. Helps with appetite and energy, but you have to follow the directions and do 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off because it loses it's effectiveness. Not sure if they have GNC everywhere, but that's where I buy it.

Exercise would be your appetite suppressant. Most thermogenics are very very mild at fat loss. In fact the majority of supplements attribute to about 1% to any weight loss. So if one lost 100lbs, 1lb of that would be from supplements. Up your intensity. That should be the first step.

I've really liked Beast Amphetalean. No jitterness, get a steady stream of energy the likes of which you might get from fat, tastes good, excellent appetite suppressant imo. I mix it with creatine mono, which I find nauseating by itself. I usually work out fasted in the morning but I've had late night fasted workouts using this supplement and noted it had a good effect on my workout.

I agree with this also, all I've noticed from taking the OEP is less appetite and a little more energy, which obviously helps with working out and eating at a deficit which is what actually causes weight loss. I don't think the pills themselves do anything other than that.

All thermogenics are basically stimulants. What kind will differ from product to product. Upping adrenaline will usually suppress appetite and "amp" one up. But energy is usually going to come first from glycogen before fat is even touched.
