OK... I just have to brag because I am so excited. Perhaps you saw the Biggest Loser episode where they showed Shay on the Street Strider. Well, I got one and was just out riding it today. What an awesome workout!!! It is like an elliptical machine but it goes on the road. It also works your core because you steer and balance using your body. In addition to that, you also use your arms. Talk about an all over workout!

I am so excited to add this to my variety of exercises.
