well, I fast walked for 45 minutes,
then I cycled for 45 minutes,
hope to swim for 45 minutes
then I am doing a treetop walk with zipline!

i used food to replace the nicotine i wasn't getting...if that makes sense. Figured i'd just get the nicotine outta my system, then deal with the rest later. I did eventually get the 30 off. So it did all work out in the end.0

Definitely makes sense to me! I used to wake up and have a cigarette, instead I was waking up and stuffing my face all day everyday ha.0

well, it's nice to hear i wasn't the only one who woke up in the night just to smoke. I was up to 2 packs a day, sometimes more. So glad i quit and i'm sure my body is also. And that's when i fell in love with pasta haha0
