Quick question about dietary fat

I'm 18 years old (male) and i know that I'm still growing so i need to make sure all my hormones are in check and running good but after doing some research fats are what regulate hormones and I'm consuming only around 45-50g, is this enough for optimum hormonal production? or does it need to be increased? can i still develop on 50g of dietary fat
