Just curious as to how often you should replace your running shoes?? I suffer from plantar fasciitis (as many of us do) and need to make sure I have good support.....I run/walk (run about 70%/walk 30%) usually about 2-3 x a week.....Just curious, any help would be appreciated......

A good guide is 4-6 months, depending on your mileage, if you use them for exercise exclusively. If you use them for anything more (errands, everyday wear) then more like every 3-4 months.0

I was told when I bought my first running shoe that most good shoes you can get about 600 miles out of them. I guess though it depends on what you are doing. The best way to gauge it is by how your body is feeling. If you have a store in your area that is directed towards running (instead of those chain stores) I would talk to them...they have been a life saver for me and my feet!!0
