Brit in Switzerland

Hi all! Just a quick intro - I decided to start mapping my calorie intake and exercise in a effort to drop just a few kilos. I feel ok with my weight as I used to be pretty overweight and I lost quite a lot and kept most of it off. I'm stable at my weight but would love to lose just a little bit more, especially as I come from the UK where the average size is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger than in Switzerland, where all the girls are like gazelles.
