Hi guys! I've been doing some of the workouts from OnDemand/Exercise TV but am having a hard time finding out how to record the worksouts on MFP. I don't have a HRM, I only know what the workouts are called and how long they last. Any ideas?

Probably just stick with basic categories because calorie counts are "guesstimates" anyway. Anything with a calorie count in MFP will be under cardiovascular,

If the workout is just cardio ... you have 3 options: Aerobics - low impact, Aerobics - general, and Aerobics - high impact. Dancing may be another option (I can't so I'm not sure). High impact is both feet are off the ground.

If the workout combines cardio & strength then it's circuit training.

There is another category for strength training.

Yoga & pilates are also options.
