I believe that every bit helps. If you have the calories and MACROs to eat regular Alfredo sauce then enjoy it!

But if you want the flavor of Alfredo sauce, with half the fat, less calories, and a little more protein; this is a perfect way to do it.

Very simple way to make Alfredo sauce healthy- while keeping it's delicious taste.

Simply mix 1 part Alfredo sauce with 1 part Plain Greek Yogurt. (*IMPORTANT* make sure it's PLAIN yogurt- unflavored)

For example, I had Great Value brand Original Alfredo (serving size 1/4 cup). So I mixed 1/8th cup Alfredo Sauce with 1/8 cup Plain Greek Yogurt.

The serving suggestion of 1/4 cup Alfredo Sauce by itself is:
110 Cals
10g Fat
2 g Carbs
1 g Protein

A 1/4 cup serving of the Alfredo Greek yogurt mix is:
70 Calories
5 g Fat
2 g Carbs
4 g Protein

Of course it does not taste *identical* to regular Alfredo sauce, however it does taste WAY better than the low fat/low cal canned Alfredo Sauces I've found.
