Working our calories?!

Hi all,

I have purchased this to try tonight:

Which I got from their shop in York. It looks nice... but I have NO idea how I can work out the calories that are in it! Having with chicken so obviously I can do that part but for the sauce itself I am at a loss.

Any ideas?
