Hey guys, I had gastric bypass 18 months ago and I am just wondering if anyone is out there that is going through this same situation. I have been stuck at my weight now for 6 months if not longer. I still need to lose 30 plus pounds to get to my goal weight. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions or any words to help me out. Thanks....

Eat less and/or move more. How many calories are you eating now? Are you weighing or measuring your food?? We tend to think serving sizes are bigger than they actually are.
I had gastric bypass 5 years ago and reached my goal in 14 months.0 -
I had WLS 1/77 so after years of maintaining I have found that the only thing that really works is sticking to the high protein low carb diet that I ate soon after surgery. I've maintained a loss from 356 to 140.0

I have my good and bad days. Now that its getting colder I'm not working out as much, need to get back in my routine.. I haven't measured my food in a while but still eating a lot of protein and drinking as much water as I can.0
