If you don't have high blood pressure, a day of high sodium shouldn't be a problem. Just drink a lot of water tomorrow. And don't weigh yourself!0

Basically this. Water and stay off the scale. No harm done.0 -
Drink lots of water. It will happen. Exercise a little harder later or tomorrow.0

Why are you so concerned with a little water retention? That's sad...
You better not workout either...also causes water retention...lose that water...whatever you do, you need to lose the water...because that's what matters.0 -
I'm planning to have had about 6 grams of sodium by the end of the day today. I had 6.5 grams on Monday.
Haven't died, surprisingly.0 -

someone has to point out the fact that you're being ridiculous...and what you call rude, I call sarcasm...0 -
I don't think it's sad to show an interest in sodium but as everyone says dont worry too much. Drink loads of water and Definately don't weigh yourself for a few days as it won't be a true reflection.0

Water, Water, Water. Sweat your butt off exercising.0

One day - or many - if you don't have high blood pressure is not a problem. Stay hydrated.0

You can go to bed. Sleep. Wake up the next morning, and not have a bad sodium day.0

Eat a banana. I hear that the potassium in the banana counteracts modest amounts of sodium. Take the advice above. If what I hear about bananas is not true, then you have had a tasty snack. Either way, forget it and move on.0
