Advice on good pace for weightloss

I've lost 71 lbs thus far (my ticker is only from when I joined here, so it is incorrect). I'm at a plateau or so it seems. I had my settings to lose 2 lbs per week. I dropped it to 1.5 lb a week or so ago. What is a good, steady, achievable lb per week loss for myself. I have 29 lbs to meet my original goal, of which I'm already thinking of adding another 30 to. I faithfully do Zumba for 50 mins - 1 hr (depending on kids sports schedules) Mon, Tues, and Thursday and walk 3.1 miles in 55 mins on Wednesday and Sunday. All advice or suggestion are greatly appreciated. I just don't know if I'm setting myself up to fail if I have the loss to high, per week.

Could we get your stats? Age, height, current weight? How long have you plateaued, what is your current calorie goal per day?

sorry, though you could see that with my diary open. I'm 36, 5'4.5", current weight 229 lbs. Between now and I would say June I've only lost maybe 6 lbs or so. At the 2 lb per week goal my calories were 1,200 (of course higher on exercise days). At the current 1.5 lb per week goal it's set at 1,410 (of course higher on exercise days).

First, congrats on your weight loss. Secondly, You've only changed your calorie goal a week or so ago. It can take several weeks before you see change. You need to give it more time. Also, weight loss is not linear. Some weeks may be high, some low, and others nothing at all. It's all about patience. Good luck.

That seems like a practical goal to me.....

    Pounds per week
75+ lbs to lose 2 lb range
Between 40 - 75 lbs to lose 1.5 lb range
Between 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lb range
Between 15-25 lbs to lose 1 -.50 lb range
Less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs range
