I have done a lot of research to find a great selection of songs that are suitable for a 3.0 to 3.5 mph walking pace. They are on my Sansa MP3 player and help me to stay motivated. It is an extremely ecletic mix of Disco, Rock and Punk. Most of the songs have about the same pace. On a slightly slower song I increase my stride to get about the same workout.
Here is my current list:

Burn It To the Ground Nickelback
Turn the Beat Around Gloria Estefan
It's Raining Men The Weather Girls
Low Rider War
Get Ready for This Jock Jams
Seven Nation Army The White Stripes
Lucky Star Madonna
I'm Every Woman Chaka Kahn
I Don't Wanna Stop Ozzy Osbourne
Better Off Theory of a Dead Man
Monster Skillet
Let's Get Loud Jennifer Lopez
Blame it on Me Floor Thirteen
Boys and Girls Good Charlotte
Get the Party Started Pink
Minority Green Day
I'm Shipping Up to Boston Dropkick Murphys
Know Your Enemy Green Day
Get On Your Feet Gloria Estefan
September Earth, Wind & Fire
Never Enough 5 Finger Death Punch
Girl All the Bad Guys Want Bowling for Soup
Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Abba Fitness Remix
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap AC/DC
T.N.T. AC/DC
Smooth Criminal Alien Ant Farm
Hit That The Offspring
No More Sorrow Linkin Park

What songs help you stay motivated when you are walking?

Take out Blame it On Me, Seven Nation Army and I'm Every Woman. I just walked and they are either too fast or too slow.
