-sigh- I traveled for 4 days and found that although my calorie intake was where it should be (i'm at 1300 cal) my sugar (i'm diabetic) went all over the place even though i thought i was making healthy choices (lots of salads, dressing on side) and fish / proteins. Any suggestions? tips? T___T im so frustrated.
