The information contained in this New York Times article (http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/10/09/exercise-as-preventive-medicine/?_r=0) supports why I exercise and life train as hard as I do. I got serious about my weight loss and training for life about 2 years ago. I now make it a practice to get to the gym about 4-6 days per week and include about 90 minutes or more of cardio activity. Besides the noticeable improvement in my appearance (weight loss over 50 lbs and structure), I feel mentally and spiritually stronger; and my doctor has taken me off a high blood pressure related drug. Daily exercise works people and I encourage everyone to jump on the #ProjectHealthySexyStrongForLife health train.
