Does anyone have first hand experience on how the amount of sugar you eat effects your diet success? I find it very difficult to stay within the range. I've been averaging about 53 grams which i think is a lot- i just started my diet-.anyway.

Personally, I don't worry too much about sugar. Most mornings I have a smoothie with skim/0% fat milk and mixed berries, and that's a huge chunk of my 'sugar allowance' right there. It's not coming from junk food, so it doesn't bother me.0 -
