little black dress

this is a dress that i bought over a year ago, and for the most part I would not wear it with out some kind of shaper. so in the first pictures i was between 175-178. in the after shots, taken yesterday, i am about 162 so it's about a 12-15 pound difference.
And i'm wearing this dress today. anyway I am finally noticing the near 25 pounds lost so far... i'm halfway to my goal!
