Hello all,
I am new and ready to get fit and healthy! I want to make the most of my life and want to get healthy so I can be confident and fit and able to accomplish my goals. How do you find motivation to make the right choices day by day and to remember your goals in the moment?
Would love to hear how you all are doing and what tips and tricks you have!

I used to get naked and do jumping jacks in front of the mirror...
just kidding...
but seriously, just make goals, and work towards them. I used to check out the success threads, daily, and view all of the before and after pictures... THATS SOME SERIOUS MOTIVATION!!!

I found it really hard at first but now I have noticed a difference in my measurements and clothes, I feel very motivated.0

One of the things. I did was get the ppl im around daily at work/home involved by announcing im dieting/exercising so ypu are accountable to someone I also just stay focusef on my goal I csll it SOMEDAY bc im finding myself again after 27 YRS of just bring mommy/wife I weigh myself on monday and Thursday not daily0

I'm @ maintenance now....my motivation is & was smaller sizes & buying new smaller sized pants etc....you know this works when your clothes are falling off!! I keep one big size to remind not to go there again...
