Starting over

Joined this group in June, did good for a month. Joined the Y and started an exercise program, kept track on my food intake and stayed under calorie goal about 90% of the time. Then I went to church camp and to visit Mother for two weeks. Have gotten way off track. Returned home yesterday and plan to start back at Y and logging in food intake tomorrow, wish me success:smile:

    Welcome back...my internet went down for 1 night and I wasn't sure what to eat =). The longer we work at it the more natural it will become. Good attitude to get back into it! After 1 week you'll see a loss if you stick to it, once you get a "taste" of weight loss again it should be easier.
    Have a good week! Plan out your treats, allow for a snack. I watch my food and exercise all day and have a 100 cal pack of cookies at the end of the day, sometimes a couple Hershey's Kisses if I've been real careful. Now I eat slow enough to enjoy these treats=).
