My eating habits have never been worse than this, help!

I'm currently a 19 year old college student, 5'7" and 142 lbs the last time I weighed myself (a couple weeks ago). Between age 14 and 16 I had gone from 157 to 110 in a very unhealthy way (overexercising and severely restricting calories, doing these things on and off and though alternating with periods of relatively normal eating). After being diagnosed with anorexia when I was 16 and then forced to gain back to 130 lbs, I became bulimic and actually gained more weight, probably back to around 160 or even 165 when I was binging most severely. Now I really want to lose those last 12 pounds to get back to 130. But my eating habits right now are insane. I'll burn 1,000 calories from exercise and eat maybe 1,400 a few days in a week, other days I'll burn like 800 exercising but then eat like 2,300 or occasionally even more (especially if I drink on the weekends). I'm very lonely because I'm living in a single in college in a building with people I don't know, and I'm stressed with work study and a heavy course work load, and I know I'm using eating behaviors to deal with my feelings. How do I stop this and lose the weight healthily?

Ummm.... not to be facetious here, but, maybe with a therapist?

What MFP can do for you, is track what you are doing. If you log what you're eating, and how much you're exercising.... you might be able to see where the happy medium is..... and get on a steady course. But, from what you've said in this post.... it sounds like you need more personal / professional help.

Did you get therapy for your eating disorder? It sounds like you still need it (also not facetious).
