Fun exercise with your kids

I'm having a blast exercising with my kiddo (almost 3yo) now that she's old enough to really join in. This week we've jumped on the trampoline, gone for a long walk, dug up and replanted a veggie garden, danced to The Wiggles, done "yogo" with Waybuloo and some regular yoga together, and now we've booked our multipasses for the neighborhood swim club (it's springtime, here) for all the hot mornings ahead.

It seemed so impossible to work out when she was smaller and clingy and couldn't join in but now it's fantastic! Is anyone else enjoying some fun active times with their young'uns?

I don't have kids, but I've taught kids I watch sometimes yoga, and they love that :) I especially like the animal names for them.

Also gymnastics (I was familiar with how it's taught to little ones). It's more like tumbling, I guess :D Also very, very cute and fun. I did a tumbling pass for them because I knew it would blow their mind, too, and it did, lol! They think I'm so old. Kids are great fun (don't want any myself, but they are great fun) :D

Hey man, childfree folks are sometimes the coolest friends for a kid to have. I bet they thought you were a superhero with the tumbling! I think the best thing about exercising with kids is they haven't been taught yet that moving and exercising is "supposed to" suck so it's easy to go crazy dancing around and jumping right along with them :)
