Hi all, just thought I'd introduce myself. I've decided to finally shed my 'fat suit' and get in shape. I want to be more healthy and conscious of what I put into my body. I don’t want to go on yet another diet - I want to change my eating habits to more balanced, pure and nutritious. I want exercise to become something I look forward to as it makes me feel great. The only way the weight will go is down. Be warned fat suit - It’s on!
