Hi, new to the forums

Hi everyone I'm Chris I've been healthy eating since Oct 2012 and excercising since Jan 17th 2013. Ive lost 6st 7lb since then and feel a lot better for it.
I decided to write on here for some advice. I have now stayed at the same weight for 3 weeks. I've been visiting the gym 3/4 times a week and working pretty hard when I am there and I try to watch what I eat and stay below calorie goal on a daily basis.
I know changing my routine would be wonderful.
I used PhD Diet Why for a few weeks but didn't really feel the benefit so stopped and lost like 11lbs in the 3 weeks following stopping using.

Welcome! I am glad that you have been successful thus far on your weight loss journey. When i stop seeing results it means my body has gotten used to what I have been doing. Try to change your diet and your routine. Try adding more protein to your diet, or eating smaller but more frequent meals. I changed from cardio to lifting and noticed a change. Maybe take a class or two at the gym.0
