Take it slowly. One day at a time if necessary. Set small goals for yourself each day and it will get easier. This is a journey towards a healthier you. Don't think of it as a diet, but a lifestyle change. Good luck!0

One meal, one day at a time. Don't give up or you will never get healthy. If exercise is a challange start with yoga. I know it sounds weird but really it makes you feel so good and it won't be so hard on your body.
Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:0 -
I am a grandad having just recovered from serious illness I have lost 84lb since january with 40lb plus to go, weigh and log everything accurately, if you can manage to exercise a little then you can earn extra calories which make it a bit easier, after a while like me you may even start to enjoy exercise.
My advice be honest log everything, move more if you can, and look on the bright side the glass is never half empty its always half full!0
