New to THIS site

Hi all,

So i've been using this site recently as one of my best friends suggested. I've struggled on and off with fitness and being healthy and just in general liking myself. I used to use a different site when i lost majority of my excess weight, but i have found great help and people here. So here I am, i'm always up for meeting new friends on here. :)

General stuffs:
Female, 5'10 from Pittsburgh, PA
Starting weight: 216lbs
Current weight: ~150lbs
goal weight: i think around 140 but more so to eat to fuel my body, to not have food anxiety, enjoy working out as a means of preserving my body, drink and treat my body with respect and LOVE it.

    I'm just starting back again after being away for more than a year...lots of stress eating during that time, as my Father had an accident, broke his c1 and c2 vertebrae, was hospitalized for 90 days and then passed away from mrsa....after all that hard work...so lots of hospital eating and just throwing things in my mouth....yikes... So welcome to the site...sorry that start wasn't very positive...I'm back on track this week, just starting again and I welcome you! If you want some support, friend me and we'll work this journey together!
