search for pizza, or if it's a national chain, search on their name.

Order something you like that's healthy. Just because he gets a treat doen't mean that you can't have a healthy, (more expensive) treat.

I read that dominoe is better for you thin pizza hut. Get the thin crust and cheese. How much can you have... depending on how many mush you have already had today!

Good luck and enjoy, eat slow Ha ha ha

I'm a sucker for Little Caesar's... hot AND ready?!?! best of both worlds!

Here's a trick I've pulled a time or two on my brain: When the pizza arrives, pick 2 pieces, cut them in half, and voila! 4 pieces. Maybe my brain is just gullible, but I was full by the time I ate that "4th piece."

If you're Super Woman, just do that with one piece AFTER you eat a nice salad.

I've always ordered "light cheese" on my half of the pizza with a couple kinds of veggies. Just ask them if they would please put only half of the normal amount of cheese on half of the pizza, then if you want you can lightly sprinkle with the grated parmasean and you hardly notice the reduced amount of cheese.
And thin crust does have less calories than regular crust, eating a big salad first might help you eat less pizza too.

blot the cheese and slowly savor it. I always put hot sauce on for personal taste but I hear that it boosts metabloism. Or see if you can do a double sauce half the cheese deal
